At Morikatsu, a "Quality Assurance Department" has been established, with a dedicated quality assurance manager overseeing a team of 9 staff members, which accounts for 10% of the employees. The inspection room is equipped with advanced inspection devices such as three-dimensional measuring machines, image dimension measuring instruments, and surface roughness and contour measuring machines. Rigorous quality inspections are conducted on everything from a single bolt to assembly products and unit products. Additionally, we centrally manage inventory and delivery at our own logistics center, achieving a high level of convenience for our customers in stock and delivery.
